What do you sell?
We create emotion-forward products designed to help you express, reflect, and recharge. Our collections include apparel, vinyl stickers, and therapy-inspired gifts — all crafted with thoughtful design and a touch of humor. Each piece is made to bring comfort, connection, and emotional awareness into everyday life.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.
Shipping availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout. If your location is not eligible for delivery, you will not be able to proceed with your purchase — this ensures we only accept orders we can successfully fulfill.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand production partners.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
EU Customer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to receive your order within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Exceptions apply to made-to-order items, including those printed on demand. These are considered custom items and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, email us at thefeelingsdepartment@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
Will the shirt text be translated into my language?
No — all shirt designs are printed in English, regardless of your location or currency. The artwork/text reflects the original design and is not auto-translated.
How accurate are the translations on your products?
Translations are intended for artistic and expressive purposes only. While created with accuracy in mind, minor differences in interpretation, spelling, or regional usage may occur.
Are your designs original?
Yes! Every product in our shop features original artwork and sayings thoughtfully created by The Feelings Dept. team — sometimes with help from licensed design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
We don’t sell trademarked, stolen, or scraped content — just clever, meaningful designs made with intention.
When will my order ship?
Most products are printed and fulfilled in 2–7 business days.
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the print provider used.
Delivery time estimates:
U.S. shipping: 4–8 business days
UK & EU shipping: 10–30 business days
Other countries: Delivery times vary depending on location and print provider.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships!
International Tax & Customs Disclaimer
The Feelings Dept.™ is based in the United States and does not collect or remit VAT, GST, or customs duties.
If you are shopping from outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and/or handling fees charged by your country’s postal or customs agency. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local postal or customs office for more details before placing your order. Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in your package being returned or abandoned.
Will my international order be delayed?
Delivery times for international orders vary based on your location and local customs processing. While many orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs, postal service delays, or limited shipping access.
In particular, delays may occur in:

Indonesia
India
United Arab Emirates
South Africa
Mexico
Remote island regions (e.g., Iceland, Malta, Caribbean territories)
We do our best to provide accurate shipping timelines, but we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates for these regions. We recommend allowing up to 30+ business days for international orders to arrive.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items are fulfilled at different facilities — especially if you ordered a sticker + mug + shirt combo.
This helps us ship faster and keep production local (US, UK, EU, etc.). No worries — everything’s still coming!
Why do embroidered products take longer to ship?
Embroidered items are stitched to order just for you! Please allow a few extra days for production.
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrapping?
Not at this time. While we don’t offer official gift messaging or gift wrap, all orders are packed with care.
Are these products meant for real therapy or diagnosis?
Nope! All products by The Feelings Dept. (including the Delulu Fuel™ line) are designed for inspiration, self-expression, and humor — not as medical or clinical tools.
They're not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace licensed therapy.
